The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Sale, Delivery And Assembly Of Two Cast Bronze Models Of Objects On A Scale Of 1:20 With Pedestals, 2) Sale, Delivery And Assembly Of Four Cast Bronze Miniatures Of Objects On A Scale Of 1:400 On A Typhlographic Plan In The Possession Of The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annexes No. 3.1 - 3.3 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made By The Contractor Using Its Own Tools, Materials, Equipment And Transport. The Assembly Of Models, Pedestals And Miniatures Of Objects Will Involve Performing All Works And Services Necessary To Use Them In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose And Function, I.E., Among Others: On Setting, Adjusting, Drilling, Mounting, Screwing, As Well As Bringing In And Cleaning The Delivery Site. The Costs And Risks Of Transport, Delivery, Packaging, Insurance During Transport And Installation Of Models, Pedestals And Miniatures Are Borne By The Contractor.4. Delivery And Assembly Of Models Of Objects With Pedestals And Miniatures Of Objects On The Premises Of The Museum Of Folk Architecture - Ethnographic Park In Olsztynek Will Take Place On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Using The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense.5. The Contractor Will Provide A 24-Month Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order.6. By Providing The Ordering Party With Models And Miniatures Of The Objects, The Contractor Will Also Transfer To The Ordering Party The Copyrights To The Above-Mentioned Objects Without Any Additional Remuneration. Works Resulting From The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 24), And The Remuneration For The Transfer Of Copyrights Will Be Included In The Offer Price.7.
