Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Professional Training And Courses In The Field Of Digital Competences As Part Of The Project: Turn On Competences

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization And Implementation Of Professional Training (Hereinafter Referred To As Training Or Vocational Training And Courses In The Field Of Digital Competences (Hereinafter Referred To As Courses), Along With The Provision Of Rooms And Other Necessary Training Conditions And Meals For Each Participant. The Area Of Implementation Of The Task Is The Lubuskie Voivodeship. 2. Support Is Addressed To Project Participants: Residents Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Aged 15-24 Who Are Eligible For Coverage Of Support, In Accordance With The Approved Application For Funding. 3. The Offer Price Should Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order, Including The Implementation Of Classes (Trainer/Lecturer), The Cost Of Teaching And Information And Promotional Materials, Preparation Of Documentation Of Conducted Training/Courses/Exams, Issuance Of Certificates/Certificates Of Completion Of Training/Courses, Rental Of Rooms, Catering Services/Meals, Conducting Research. Competences/Qualifications, Costs Of Participants Meals.4. The Scope Of Training Services Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Their Approximate Number Within The Order. Due To The Fact That The Basis For The Participants Qualification For Individual Courses And Their Type Is Ipd (Individual Action Plan), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order An Amount Not Less Than 60% Of The Nominal Value Of The Order Specified In The Offer, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Respect Acceptable Method Of Its Implementation. Settlement With The Contractor Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Unit Price Presented In The Contractors Price Offer. 5. The Number Of Individual Vocational Courses Is Estimated. The Actual Demand For Each Course Will Be Determined By The Ipd Of Each Project Participant, Which May Be Limited By The Financial Resources Allocated To The Implementation Of The Order. 6 Validity - Computer Course. The Basis For Qualification For Individual Courses Will Be The Results Of The Ipd. Note: The Participant May Complete More Than 1 Vocational Course, Depending On The Funds Available. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis About Any Problems Or Other Inconsistencies With The Provisions Of The Contract, Together With Explanations And Proposed Solutions.
