Tenders are invited for Art Trainer - Al Ain As part of the intervention, the Child Protection program in El Ain area seeks to recruit a qualified Art Trainer who will facilitate art therapy sessions for children aged between 6 and 12 years old in a safe, supportive, and child-friendly environment. The sessions aim to support childrens emotional well- being, self-expression, creativity, resilience, and social interaction through structured art-based activities. An Updated CV Cover Letter Closing Date: Sunday, 07. Jun 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth Remuneration range: < 1000 (USD) Duration of Contract: Till End of December 2026 I. Scope of Work: The Art Trainer will be responsible for: - Planning and facilitating age-appropriate art therapy sessions for children aged 612 years old; - Creating a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment during sessions; - Using creative methods such as drawing, painting, crafts, storytelling through art, and group artistic activities to encourage emotional expression and participation; - Ensuring proper use and organization of materials and activity spaces; - Preparing session plans, materials, and required tools before each activity; - Ensuring active participation and engagement of all children; - Coordinating closely with the Child Protection team; - Identifying and reporting any protection concerns or special cases to the supervisor following safeguarding procedures; - Maintaining attendance records and submitting activity reports; - Supporting positive behavior management during sessions; II. Expected Deliverables The Art Trainer is expected to provide: - Weekly and/or monthly session plans; - Implementation of scheduled art therapy sessions; - Attendance sheets for participating children; - Brief progress/activity reports including achievements, challenges, and recommendations; - End-of-assignment summary report if requested; III. Duration of contract The implementation of sessions will be based on the cycle once it starts. The trainer will provide sessions for a total of 45 groups of children for the year 2026.
