The Present Assignment Concerns The Execution Of Road And Sewerage Works In The Kersenbergstraat And Burggrachtstraat On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Zaventem. This Concerns A Disconnection Project In Which A Separate Sewerage System Is Being Installed In Kersenbergstraat And Burggrachtstraat In Zaventem. The Work Includes, On The One Hand, The Installation Of The Sewerage System And, On The Other Hand, The Complete Renovation Of The Road Surface. The Emphasis Is On Buffering And Infiltrating Rainwater, Which Is Why Porous Pipes Are Chosen In Combination With Reservoir Wells In The Rwa System. In Addition, The Road Surface Will Be Partly Renovated Traditionally And Partly With Grass Concrete Stones On A Permeable Foundation For The Parking Lanes. In Addition, An Existing Pipe Of Ø1200mm Is Being Renovated. The Kersenbergstraat, A Dead-End Street, Is Accessed Via The Burggrachtstraat And The Léon Boereboomlaan District, Located Behind The Kersenbergstraat, Is Also Accessed Via This Street. To Keep The Léon Boereboomlaan And Kersenbergstraat Districts Accessible During The Work, The Municipality Of Zaventem Is Constructing Two Temporary Access Roads. A Phasing Of The Works Will Be Imposed. Conditional Part The Implementation Of This Conditional Part Concerns The Construction Of The Missing Sewerage Connection (Missing Link) Through Which Two Discharge Points Can Be Connected. However, Implementation Is Dependent On The Timely And Positive Conclusion Of The Ongoing Negotiations Regarding The Necessary Land Acquisition. If This Land Acquisition Can Be Realized In Time, The Planned Works Can Be Carried Out. The Works Include The Construction Of The Sewer System Using Materials That Were Taken Over By The Client From The Contractor Of The Works Already Carried Out. These Materials Can Be Requested By The Contractor Upon Simple Request. Given The Uncertainty Regarding The Effective Feasibility Of This Missing Link, It Has Been Decided To Include These Works As A Conditional Part In The Tender.
