The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Design/Cost Estimate Documentation Covering A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Surface Of A Section Of Kopalniana Street, Approximately 1,300 M Long, Constituting Access To Industrial Plants In Polkowice, On Plots No. 109, 110, 198/2, District Iv, 203/6 District Ii, Polkowice Commune. The Road Renovation Documentation Developed Under The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Completeness, Compliance With Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Enable The Ordering Party To: 1) Obtain The Right To Carry Out The Works, 2) Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Correct And Lawful Implementation Of The Planned Works Construction, 3) Ensuring The Durability Of The Renovation Effects And Rationalizing The Costs Of Road Maintenance, While Restoring The Proper Technical Condition Of The Road And The Proper Operation Of The Road Infrastructure As Well As The Safety And Comfort Of Road Traffic. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Execution Of A Construction Design (To The Extent Necessary To Obtain The Right To Carry Out Construction Works) In Accordance With: - Design Guidelines Specified By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Conducting The Procedure, - The Requirements Of This Contract, - Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Its Implementing Acts, B) Preparing And Submitting An Application/Applications For Issuing A Decision For All Parts/Stages Of The Project.
