Bids Are Invited For Rotary Boat Dock Site Development

This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of St. Albert (The “City”) Toprospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Rotary Boat Dock Site Development, As Furtherdescribed In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B) (The “Deliverables”). The Project Generally Includes Constructing Infrastructure To Support Improved Access To Therotary Boat Dock. The Scope Of Work Generally Includes:• Removal Of Trees And Clearing Of Existing Vegetation,• Earthworks And Grading• Asphalt Path Construction Including Base And Paving.• Construction Of A Concrete Abutment Utilizing Screw Piling. • Landscaping And Planting. • Warranty And Maintenance Proponents Are Made Aware That The Successful Contractor Will Have To Complete The Work Inaccordance With The Requirements In The Attached Permits, Approvals And Best Practices Includedin Appendix G.
