The State Office For Nature, Environment And Climate Of North Rhine-Westphalia (Lanuk Nrw) Pursues, Among Other Things, Against The Background Of The Ec Flood Risk Management Directive (Eg-Hwrm-Rl), The Goal Of Reducing The Adverse Consequences During A Flood Event Through Information Precautionary Measures. Forecasts On The Development Of Discharge And Water Level Conditions Are An Important Prerequisite For Early Preparation For Flood Events. For This Purpose, Lanuk Nrw Operates A Flood Forecasting System Using The Delft-Fews Software. Regular Support And Maintenance Work, Including Troubleshooting, Is Required For The Existing Client-Server System Of The Software. The Operation Of Productive, Redundancy And Test Systems For High-Performance And Stable Provision Of Predictions Must Be Guaranteed. In Addition, The Further Development Of The Systems Must Be Continuously Supported. Reference Is Also Made To The Service Description.
