Tenders Are Invited For A Study To Research Traveller Representation On Local Representative Structures By Local Authority Area And To Make Recommendations In Regard To Same

Main Objective Of The Research Study: To Conduct A Study Of Local Representative Structures Across Each Local Authority Area In Order To Assess The Degree To Which The Concerns And Interests Of Travellers Are Brought Forward For Consideration In Planning, Decision Making And Delivery Of Local Services, As A Result Of The Participation Of Local Traveller Organisations Or Otherwise, To Identify Any Gaps, And To Make Recommendations In Relation To Same. The Findings From The Research Study Shall Be Presented In A Written Report That Makes Recommendations As Regards Each Local Authority Area. Members Of The Research Team Should Be Available To Present An Overview Of The Report And Its Findings And Recommendations To The Ntris Ii Rac, Dcde Officials, And Relevant Stakeholders, As Required.
