The Finnish Museum Agency, Suomenlinnas Management Department (Procurement Unit) Tenders The Repair Contract (Contract) For The Structures Of The Dock Basins In Suomenlinna. In The Contract, The Structures Related To The Filling, Emptying And Water Control Of Suomenlinnas Dock Basins Will Be Repaired And Renewed. The Works Include Steel, Concrete And Stone Structures. There Are A Total Of 16 Individual Works Of Different Types And Scope. The Works Are Numbered On The Base Map (Appendix 1) And The Content Of The Numbered Works Is Presented In This List In Outline. Indoor Pool1. The Poor Condition Of The Three Stone Walls Of The Cesspool (2 X 2 M, Depth 1.55 M) Leading To The Pumps In The Inner Pool Will Be Repaired By Casting And Masonry. 2. The Concrete Pool (3 X 1.8 M, Depth 1.5 M) In The Center Of The Indoor Pool, Which Has Been Filled With Soil, Is Dug Out (With A Shovel) And Its Edges And The Missing Cover Are Cast Again. 3. Below The Water Intake Valves Of The Intermediate Gate, On The Bottom Of The Indoor Pool, The Cobblestones (25 M2) Are Restored And Curb Stones (6 Pcs) Are Attached And 2 X 10 M Larch Beams Are Installed Back. The Larch, Knob Stones And The Missing Curb Stones Are Purchases By The Procurement Unit. Intermediate Gate Opening Structures4. The Rusted And Broken Water Control Pipe Of The Water Intake Valve Of The Intermediate Gate Will Be Renewed And A Concrete Platform Will Be Poured Under It, Which Will Protect The Stone-Built Bottom Of The Pool From Water Pressure During Filling. 5. The Three Water Intake Pipes (Diameter 800 X 4 M, Structural Thickness 10 Mm) On The South Side Of The Intermediate Gate Will Be Renovated By Repairing And Renewing Their Rusted Or Missing Pipes. One Of The Pipes Is No Longer In Use. The Corroded Inside Of The Wall Will Be Repaired In Connection With The Piping. 6. The Non-Repaired Section Of The Drainage Pipe (Approx. 3 M) Located In The Lower Part Of The South Side Of The Intermediate Gate Will Be Repaired, And The Valve Stem Guide Will Be Renovated. 7. The Lower Part Of The Corroded Block Wall Of The South Side Of The Intermediate Gate Will Be Repaired From The Side Of The Outdoor Pool By Deep Filling (Approx. 16 M2). 8. The Small Breaks (About 20 Pieces) Of The Sealing Surfaces Of The Intermediate Gates Granite Stone Lining (Intermediate Gate) Are Repaired By Casting. Outdoor Pool 9. A Permanent Steel Ladder (Approx. 3 M) Will Be Attached To The Concrete Ramp Starting From The Opening Of The Intermediate Gate To Facilitate Access. 10. The Partially Corroded Walls And Bottom Of The Water Channels Surrounding The Bottom Of The Outdoor Pool Are Repaired By Casting. The Width Of The Gutter Varies From 20 To 50 Cm And The Depth Is About 40 Cm. At The Bottom Of The Calculation, There Is A 120 M Chute Where Only The Edge Is Repaired And A 60 M Chute Where Both The Bottom And The Other Edge Are Repaired. 11. The Four Broken Base Slabs Of The Outdoor Pool (Approx. 2 X 2 M X 0.25 M) Are Poured Again, And The Four Openings In The Central Elevation Of The Pool Are Filled Up. In Addition To That, The Concrete Weathered Area Of 12 M2 In The Wrong Place Of The Outer Gate Will Be Poured Again. 12. The Septic Tank (Approx. 2 X 2 X 1.5 M Deep) In Front Of The Outdoor Pool Pump Room (B11) And The Related Steel Structures And Grates Of The Water Control Channels Will Be Repaired Or Renewed. The Steel Gates Of The Pump Room Will Be Shortened By About 40 Cm. 13. The Two Cracks On The Inside Of The Pump Room (B11) Are Repaired And The Two Significant Leakage Points On The North Wall Of The Dock Basin And A Few Smaller Leakage Points Are Sealed By Soldering/Casting. 14. A Permanent Steel Ladder (Approx. 3 M)15 Will Be Installed On The West Side Of The Pump Room (B11). The Steel, Rusted Water Control Structure Under The Water Intake Pipes Of The Outdoor Pool Will Be Service Painted. 16. The Pipelines Of The Three Water Intake Valves In The Outdoor Pool Will Be Renewed And The Concrete And Stone Structure Around Them Will Be Repaired By Casting. Operating Valves Are Maintained So That They Can Be Opened And Closed Without Difficulty. Work On The Sea Side Of Pipelines Is Underwater Work. The Length Of The Piping Is About 5.5 M, Of Which 4 Meters On The Sea Side. General:- The Procurement Unit Provides The Contractor With Three (Pumpable) Plugs And A Submersible Pump For The Duration Of The Work.- The Procurement Unit Provides The Contractor With Site Electricity (32A) And Water. - The Procurement Unit Offers The Contractor Social Space At The Shipyard For The Duration Of The Work. - The Procurement Unit Is Responsible For Any Research, Storage And Removal Costs Caused By The Contaminated Soil.- Utilization Of Dock Cranes In Connection With Lifts Is Possible When The Lifts Are Coordinated With The Schedules Of The (Private) Crane Drivers At The Dock In Good Time. The Procurement Unit Is Responsible For The Costs Of Withdrawals. In Uraka, There Are No Restrictions On Daily Working Hours, But Work That Causes Very Loud Noise Must Be Performed On Weekdays Between 8:00 And 17:00.
