The City Of Helsinki Currently Operates Several Separate Tunnel Control Systems, And In Addition, The Number Of Tunnels Operated In The Future Is Possibly Increasing. Currently, A Tunnel-Specific Control And Management System Is Built Into Each System. Each System Requires Its Own Maintenance, As Well As System-Specific Lifecycle Updates At Regular Intervals. For This Reason, A Preliminary Study Of The Future Picture For Separate Systems Has Been Started. The Aim Of The Planned Procurement Is To Produce A Comprehensive, Technically And Economically Justified Report On The Different Options By Which The Current Separate City Tunnel Control Systems Can Be Replaced With One Centrally Managed Control System. The Report Should Form A Whole, On The Basis Of Which The Possible Implementation And Implementation Of The System Can Be Evaluated. The City Of Helsinki Invites Bidders To The Market Dialogue Who Have The Opportunity To Offer The Expert Service Of The Preliminary Study To The City Of Helsinki. More Detailed Information Can Be Found In The Appendix To The Request For Information, Description Of The Object Of Procurement. This Is Not A Pre-Announcement, A Request For Tenders, A Procurement Announcement Or An Invitation To A Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Announcement Does Not Initiate A Bidding Process.
