Tenders Are Invited For Mobility Facility

The Afm Aims To Contract One Integrated Mobility Provider That Provides A Coherent Mobility Facility For Approximately 900 Employees. This Mobility Facility Consists Of An Integrated Solution, Including One Or More User-Friendly Instruments, Such As A Mobility Card, Mobile Application And/Or Web Portals, That Provide Employees With Uniform Access To Their Business And Commuting Mobility. Making A Digital And/Or Physical Mobility Card Available To Employees; The Mobility Facility Provides A Central Access Point For The Mobility Services Covered By The Agreement And Supports Consistent And Efficient Implementation Of Mobility Processes. The Contractor Acts As An Integral Contracting And Invoicing Party And Is Fully Responsible For The Administrative Handling Of The Mobility Facility. The Estimated Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is €10,400,000, Including Vat For The Duration Of The Agreement Of Eight (8) Years, Including Any Extension Options. The Estimated Value Is Based On The Available Data And The Quantities That The Afm Purchased In The Previous Contract Period. The Estimated Estimated Value Includes Both The Costs Of The Service And The Mobility Costs (Such As Costs For Public Transport, Parking And Other Third-Party Mobility Services). The Maximum Order Value Is € 15,600,000, Including Vat For The Duration Of The Agreement Of Eight (8) Years, This Includes Any Extension Options And Includes The Costs Of The Services And Mobility Costs (Such As Costs For Public Transport, Parking And Other Mobility Services From Third Parties).
