The Assignment Includes: - Regular Cleaning Work - Periodic Cleaning Work - Window Cleaning - Floor Maintenance - Deep Cleaning Of Sanitary Facilities - Operational Management Of Our Own Service Employee (Obs Vensterschool) - Ordering (With The Exception Of The Number Of Locations) And Replenishing Sanitary Facilities. The Assignment Optionally Includes: - Cleaning Other Elements Outside The Building And/Or Outside Area (On Request) The Assignment Does Not Include: - Supply Of Sanitary Facilities - Cleaning Walk-In Areas - Specialist Wooden Floor Maintenance Gymnasium Floors (Excluding Scrubbing) The Assignment Includes: - Regular Cleaning Work - Periodic Cleaning Work - Window Cleaning - Floor Maintenance - Deep Cleaning Of Sanitary Facilities - Operational Management Of Our Own Service Employee (Obs Vensterschool) - Ordering (With The Exception Of The Number Of Locations) And Replenishing Sanitary Facilities Optionally Included In The Assignment: - Cleaning Other Elements Outside The Building And/Or Outside Area (On Request) The Assignment Does Not Include: - Delivery Of Sanitary Facilities - Cleaning Walk-In Areas - Specialist Floor Maintenance Of Wooden Gymnasium Floors (Excluding Scrubbing) This Concerns An Agreement With An Initial Term Of Three (3) Years. After This Period, The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement Seven (7) Times For One (1) Year By Exercising Option Years. The Maximum Term Is Therefore Ten (10) Years. The Agreement Expires After The End Of The Contract Years (Initially Or After The Expiration Of Option Years).
