The Central Municipality Of Groningen Tenders For Highly Specialist Youth Assistance (Hsj) On Behalf Of Ten Groningen Municipalities. The Assignment Concerns Organizing, Coordinating And (Phased) Implementation Of Highly Specialized Youth Care For Young People With Complex Problems, Including The Formation Of A Regional Partnership Of Youth Care Providers. The Aim Is To Realize Family-Oriented, Integrated And Future-Proof Youth Care With A Phased Introduction Of Task-Oriented Financing. The Order Value Of The Hsj Purchase Is 112.76 Million Euros Per Year (2024 Price Level). The Total Order Value Over The Entire Term Of The Agreement (10 Years + Possible Extensions Of 5 X 2 Years), Including An Average Wage-Price Indexation Of 5% Per Year, Is 4.532 Billion Euros.
