The Contracting Authority Wishes, Also On Behalf Of The Participating Authority, To Conclude An Agreement With One Market Party That Is Responsible For The Supply Of Disposables During The Term. The Estimated Value To Be Purchased Under The Agreement Is: €5,500,000, Including Vat. In Addition, Within This Agreement, Defense Wants To Have The Option, In The Context Of Emergencies (Main Task 1), To Purchase Additional Disposables Up To A Maximum Of 300% Of The Estimated Value. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement Amounts To A Total Amount Of € 16,500,000, Including Vat. This Amount Includes Storage Costs, In Case A Physical Emergency Stock Also Needs To Be Created At The Supplier.
