This Concerns The Phased Transformation Of The Current Covered Shopping Center, Bus Station And Parking Building In The Northern Part Of The Plan Area Into A Metropolitan, Multifunctional Center Of The Schalkwijk District. Drawing Up A Public Space Development Plan; Sketch Design, Preliminary Design And Final Design (So + Vo + Do). This Should Take Place In Phases, Based On The Principles And Frameworks Of The Schalkwijk Center Master Plan And The Schalkwijk Public Space Center Handbook (The So-Called Mini-Hior). Taking Into Account The Existing And Future Underground Infrastructure.
