Description The Client Invites Competition For The Conclusion Of Parallel Framework Agreements For Architect And Engineering Services In Various Fields. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Municipality Access To Advisers With The Right Expertise And Competitive Conditions, When The Municipality Needs It. The Need For Advisory Services Is Mainly With The Municipalitys Units The Property Department, The Planning Department And Municipal Engineering In Connection With Their Activities For, Among Other Things, The Development, Maintenance And Further Development Of The Municipalitys Properties And Infrastructure. The Framework Agreements Will Be Able To Be Used Both In Operation And For Investment Projects. The Framework Agreements Must Also Be Used By Other Businesses Within The Municipality, Including Stange Municipal Housing Association Kf And Stange Church Joint Council. The Requested Services Are Divided Into Two Sub-Contracts: Sub-Contract 1 – Architecture Sub-Contract 2 – Consulting Engineering (Building And Municipal Technical Services, Va And Site Plan) The Client Aims To Enter Into Parallel Framework Agreements With Three Suppliers Per Sub-Contract, Provided That There Is A Sufficient Number Of Suitable Offers. There Is No Limit To How Many Subcontracts One Supplier Can Be Awarded. The Suppliers Must Offer All The Expertise Requested In The Individual Agreement. The Procurement Applies To The Following Clients: Stange Municipality, Stange Municipal Housing Association Kf And Stange Church Council.
