Procurement Of The Execution Of The Works Described In The Technical Project For The Remodeling Of The Lawn Of The Municipal Football Field Of Les Roquetes.Execution Of The Works Described In The Technical Project For The Remodeling Of The Lawn Of The Municipal Soccer Field Of Les Roquetes, Initially Approved By Agreement Of The Local Government Board On March 3, 2026 (Project Under Public Exhibition, Pending Definitive Approval Of The Same). This Contract Can Be Qualified As A Works Contract, According To The Definition Of Article 13 Of Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts (Lcsp), By Which The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, Are Transposed Into The Legal System Of 2014. The Works To Be Executed Refer To A Complete Work, And Are Those Defined In The Basic And Executive Project That Serves As The Basis For This Tender. However, In Accordance With Article 13 Of The Lcsp, They Are Works Contracts Whose Object, Among Others, Is The Execution Of A Work, Isolated Or Together With The Drafting Of The Project, Or The Performance Of Any Of The Works Listed In The Annex I Of The Same Lcsp. The Annex I Of The Lcsp, Includes The Works Contemplated In The Article 13, Where General Building Construction Works And Civil Engineering Works Are Included. These Include, Among Others, The Construction Of Stadium Equipment And Other Sports Facilities. The Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Basic And Executive Technical Project, With The Conditions That Are Indicated In The Set Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp), The Set Of Particular Administrative Clauses (Pcap), And Those That The Tenderer Offers In His Proposal, And Generally In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
