Field Research Through Home Visits Covering Urban And Rural Areas With The Collection Of At Least 200 Questionnaires With Questions Related To Administrative Assessment (Opinion Research). The Objective Is To Measure The Populations Satisfaction Rates In Relation To The Services Provided By The Municipal Government, In Order To Offer Subsidies To Correct Any Deficiencies And Raise Demands From The Population. The Questionnaire, To Be Prepared Later Together With The Companys Technicians, Covers The Areas Of Education, Urban Infrastructure, Rural Infrastructure, Agriculture And Environment, Social Assistance, Economic Development, Citizen Service In The Administration, Finance And Health Sectors. The Methodology To Be Used Is Qualitative And Quantitative Research, By Sampling. Data Collection Must Be Done Through Field Research With Personal Interviews In Homes With The Presentation Of Structured Questionnaires For Each Of The Areas Researched. After The Survey, General Summary Reports And An Analytical Report In Bi Format (Business Intelligence) Must Be Made Available, Containing Interactive Cross-Referencing, Technical And Statistical Analysis Of The Information Obtained, With Data Interpretation, Guidelines And Strategies To Be Implemented To Achieve The Desired Rates And Improve The Services Provided.
