The Assignment Includes Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Replacement Of Building Parts And Guaranteeing The Required Condition In Accordance With Nen 2767. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Contract One Contractor For Reliable And Future-Proof Maintenance Services For A Period Of 10 Years. This Concerns Effort-Oriented Construction Maintenance For The Provincial House Of North Brabant And The Museum Quarter In S-Hertogenbosch. The Current Real Estate Size Is Approximately 67,000 M² Gfa. The Scope Of The Contract Is Dynamic And May Change During The Contract Period As A Result Of The Addition, Modification Or Disposal Of Buildings, Building Parts Or Facilities.
