The Purpose Of This Assignment Is To Enter Into A Long-Term Agreement With A Partner Certified By Tennet Who Meets The Requirements Of The Metering Code For The Performance Of Metering Services For Gas And Electricity, As Well As Metering Services For Heat In Accordance With The New Collective Heat Act (Wcw), Which Comes Into Effect On January 1, 2027, And Metering Services For Water. The Contractor Will Hereby And In Addition To The Services: 1. Take Over The Currently Existing Measuring Equipment From The Current Supplier (Fudura) At Book Value And Ensure The Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And Management Thereof; 2. Take Over The Sim Cards Of The Clients Intermediate Meters From The Current Supplier (Fudura). 3. Where New Measuring Equipment Is Required, Make High-Quality Measuring Equipment Available (On A Rental Basis) And Ensure Its Preventive And Corrective Maintenance And Management; 4. Replace Measuring Devices That Still Use 2G With Measuring Devices That Use 4G; 5. Collect, Validate And Supply Measurement Data To The Regional Grid Operator And/Or Energy Supplier In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Regulations; 6. Collect And Validate Measurement Data From Intermediate Meters; 7. Fulfill The Role Of Independent Services Provider (Oda), If Designated By Ns; 8. Make Measurement Data Available To Ns Via A Portal And It Integrations For Energy Monitoring; 9. Meet All Expertise And Quality Assurance Requirements To Ensure Uniform And Reliable Data Flow For All Types Of Meters.
