And Simultaneous Contracting Of These, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In The Technical Specifications And, Where Appropriate, The Modifications Thereof That May Be Agreed Upon. The Services Of The Insurance Brokerage Will Be Considered Included In The Economic Offer Proposed By The Insurance Companies. The Brokerage That Bids Will Present A Single Proposal That Will Include A Single Offer To Cover Each Of The Contingencies Detailed Below, Which May Be From The Same Or Different Insurance Companies. The Technical Specifications Of The Services To Be Provided Are Expressly Described In The Particular Technical Prescription Documents That Accompany And Support This Administrative Document Of Particular Conditions. In This Sense, The Policies Must Guarantee Smassam Coverage Of The Risks And Contingencies Arising From: A) General Civil Liability Of Smassam And Its Autonomous Organizations. B) Damage To Movable And Immovable Property That Comprises The Assets Of Smassam Or Is In Possession Of Smassam And Its Autonomous Organizations. The Insurer Must Undertake, Within The Limits Established In The Law And In The Contract, To Compensate Smassam For Damages Caused To The Insured Object, In The Manner And Conditions Established In The Corresponding Technical Prescription Document. C) Commitments Acquired Under The Collective Agreement, At The Company Level, Applicable To The “Municipal Parking And Services Company, Municipal Limited Company” And Its Workers. The Insurer Must Undertake, Within The Limits Established In The Law And In The Contract, To Pay The Beneficiary A Capital, An Income Or Other Agreed Benefits, In The Case Of Disability, Death Or Survival Of The Insured/ Contingencies Of Death Due To Any Cause (Including Accident), Absolute Permanent Disability Due To Accident Or Illness, Major Disability Due To Any Cause (Accident Or Illness), Total Permanent Disability Under The Conditions Established In The Technical Prescription Document. D) Civil Liability For Traffic And Material Damage Of The Smassam Vehicle Fleet.
