Research Consultancy Services – Monitor Neonatale Gehoorscreening (Ngs). As Part Of Its Management Task, The National Institute For Public Health And The Environment (Rivm) Is Responsible For Monitoring And Evaluating The Neonatal Hearing Screening (Ngs). In This Context, National Monitors Are Set Up Annually To Monitor The Quality And Accessibility Of This Screening, To Identify Bottlenecks (In The Healthcare Chain), To Make Adjustments, But Also To Provide Accountability To The Client, Vws And The Chain Partners. This Is Also The Target Group For The Monitor. The Work With The Current Supplier Will End On December 31, 2026. A New Agreement For The Monitoring Of Ngs Must Be Put Out To Tender By The Contracting Authority. The Purpose Of This European Tender Is To Conclude A Service Agreement With One Contractor For The Monitoring Of The Ngs. The Intended Commencement Date Of The Agreement To Be Concluded Is January 1, 2027. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With The Contractor For An Initial Period Of Three (3) Years, With An Additional Three (3) One-Year Extension Options. This Results In A Maximum Term Of The Agreement Of Six (6) Years. Scope Of The Assignment Monitoring Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Screening Results From The Ngs And Additional Diagnostic Data Of Children Referred To Audiological Centers Who Were Born In Year Data Regarding The Ngs Come From The National Neonatal Hearing Screening Information System (Nis). The Current Nis Is The Central Administrative System For Neonatal Hearing Screening (Cang). This System Is Managed By The Dutch Foundation For The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing Child (Nsdsk). For The Current Assignment, Nsdsk Provides The Results Of Indicators At An Aggregated Level (Nationally And Per Jgz Organization) To The Contractor. Based On This Dataset That The Contractor Receives, Rivm Requires The Following Activities From The Contractor: Validating, Describing And Interpreting Indicators Based On The Supplied Dataset. Most Indicators Have Already Been Calculated In The Dataset That The Monitoring Party Receives. The Contractor Must Be Able To Perform A Number Of Additional Calculations, For Example Calculating The Positive Predictive Value. Comparing Indicators Over Several Years (Trend Descriptions). Testing Indicators Against Standard, Target Or Signal Values. Reporting And Interpreting Indicators In Mutual Context, Including Conclusions And Making Recommendations, In Accessible, Clear And Concise Dutch And English Language. In Addition, A Summary Of Figures That Is Delivered As A By-Product Must Also Be Completed Annually After Delivery Of The Monitor (See Appendix 9 For An Example). The Contractor Can Also Be Asked To Provide Ad Hoc Advice For Developments In The Program And For Afterwards
