The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery, Implementation, Commissioning And Subsequent Support Of A New Certified Electronic File Service System (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Essl) Operated As An On-Premise Installation In The Clients Environment. The Delivery Will Also Include A Module For Managing Dms Documents. Part Of The Scope Of Performance Is Mainly The Delivery Of The Necessary Licenses, System Configuration, Data Migration From The Existing System, Implementation Of Integration Links, Implementation Of Input Analysis, Testing, User Training And Provision Of Technical And Legislative Support For A Period Of 5 Years. Essl Will Replace The Existing System Operated By The Contracting Authority And Must Meet All Legislative And Technical Requirements Set Out In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annexes.
