S.A. / Cpv 79713000-5 The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is Set At Two (02) Years, From Its Signature And The Budgeted Expenditure For Its Initial Duration Amounts To The Amount Of Eight Hundred Thousand Euros (€800,000.00) Plus Vat. 24%. The Contracting Party Reserves The Option To Extend The Contract For One (1) More Year From The Completion Of The Initial Term With The Exact Same Physical And Financial Object And Under The Same Conditions As The Original Contract, With The Budgeted Cost Of The Extension Amounting To The Amount Of Four Hundred Thousand Euros (€400,000.00) Plus Vat. 24%. The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract, For Twenty-Four (24) Months, Including The Option For An Additional One (1) Year, Amounts To One Million Two Hundred Thousand Euros (€1,200,000.00), Plus Vat. 24% I.E.
