We Are Looking For Two Interdisciplinary Teams, Each With An Overall Management Team And A Planning Team, Both Of Which Cover At Least The Core Competencies Of Urban Development, Landscape Planning, Mobility/Traffic Planning And Social Space Planning. A Total Of 6 Chantiers (Transformative Planning Areas According To The 2016 Urban Development Concept) Need To Be Processed. The 6 Chantiers Are Divided Between The Two Teams (The Division Into Two Work Packages Of Equal Size Takes Place After Mutual Agreement At The Start Of The Work). The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Find Out What Function(S) Individual Areas Within The Chantiers Have Today, During The Transformation And In The Future; Which Existing Identities, Qualities And Deficits Can Be Identified With Regard To A Possible Transformation Within The Chantiers And Which Spaces Are Particularly Important From The Perspective Of Sustainable Residential Development Internally And Due To Their Potential For Additional Space Users.
