The Latest Developments In The Field Of Driving And Operational Simulation Offer Significantly Improved Options In Terms Of Immersion, Visual Quality, Operational Specifics, Interaction And The Depiction Of Realistic Operational Situations. This Means That Basic Skills Such As Driving In Accordance With The Law As Well As Tactical Elements Such As Proportionality, Reaction Behavior Or Complex Emergency Trips Can Be Effectively Trained. Through This Framework Agreement, The Participating Corps Should Be Able To Obtain The Required Simulator Systems And The Associated Services. The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Delivery, Introduction, Operation (“Purchase” Service Model), Support/Service Catalog And Further Development Of A Driving Simulator Solution That Depicts Driving Under Blue Light Conditions. The Tender Is Solution-Neutral. Both Platform Solutions With Specific Extensions And Viable New Developments Are Permitted, Provided They Meet The Defined Requirements. The Introduction Will Take Place Gradually, Starting With A Minimal Viable Product (Mvp), Followed By Further Functional Releases. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Five Years, With The Possibility Of Extension For A Maximum Of Another Four Years. It Enables Clients To Obtain Services As Needed.
