The Heating Center Or Main Supply Of The Zumikon Communitys District Heating Network Is Housed In The Juch School Building. The District Heating Network Is Operated By 2 Fossil Fuel Boilers (2X 750 Kw) And A Water/Water Heat Pump With An Output Of 550 Kw (Total 2,050 Kw). The Heat Pump Has 360° Energy. This Also Operates Or Maintains The Heat Pump. The System Mix Of A Fossil Fuel Heating System With A Heat Pump System Results In High Return Temperatures In The System During The Transitional And Summer Periods, Which Damage The Heat Pump System. In The Winter Period, The Network Works Correctly And The Result Is An Acceptable Return Temperature Of Approx. +45°C According To Feedback From Energie 360°. Apart From Adjusting The Regulation In The Juch School Building (Syspo), Energie 360° Has Not Made Any Adjustments To The Network. The High Return Temperatures Of The District Heating Network Are Due To The Lack Of Communication Between The Individual Substations. In The Individual Substations (8 In Total), The Controls, Circulation Pumps And Heat Meters Are Getting Old And Are In Need Of Renovation. All Heat Meters In The Substations Are Read By Hand And Cannot Currently Be Read On A Control Level. This Tender Seeks To Replace The Heat Generation Or Renew The Equipment For [Properties A, B, D, E, G, H And J. The Center Cafe And The Community Center Are Excluded From The Planning Perimeter Because A Renovation Project For These Properties Is Pending.
