Data Storage Services – Hosting Service In External Cpd For The Centralization And Operation Of Istec Technological Infrastructures. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Contracting Of A Technological Infrastructure Hosting Service In An External Data Processing Center (Cpd), Intended To House Information Systems And Technological Equipment Owned By Istec Or Managed By The Entity Within The Framework Of Its Orders And Contracts. The Scope Of The Service Will Include, But Is Not Limited To: - The Provision Of Physical Space In Cpd For The Installation Of Equipment (Housing/Colocation Modality), Including Racks, Cabinets Or Equivalent Spaces. - The Supply Of Critical Infrastructures Necessary For The Operation Of The Cpd, Including: - Redundant Power Supply, Backup Systems And Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems (Ups/Ups). - Air Conditioning And Environmental Control Systems (Temperature And Humidity) Within The Optimal Operating Ranges Of The Equipment. - Fire Protection Systems. - The Provision Of Physical Security Services, Including Surveillance, Access Control And Infrastructure Protection. - The Availability Of Internal Network Connectivity, Necessary For The Correct Integration Of The Hosted Systems, As Well As The Possibility Of Access To Internet Connectivity Services Through Different Operators (Carriers) Present In The Cpd, Without Said Internet Connection Services Being Part Of The Object Of This Contract. - The Provision Of Services Associated With The Cpd, Such As Controlled Physical Access, Remote Hands Services And Monitoring Of Critical Infrastructures. - Compliance With Physical And Logical Security Conditions, As Well As Applicable Standards And Certifications, Including Their Alignment With The National Security Scheme. The Cpd Must Guarantee The Uninterrupted Electricity Supply, As Well As The Maintenance Of Adequate Environmental Conditions For The Correct Operation Of The Systems, Ensuring The Continuity Of The Service At All Times. Likewise, The Bidder Must Have Full Availability And Management Of The Facilities Offered Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, So That It Can Guarantee The Correct Provision Of The Service In The Established Terms. The Service Will Include All The Consumption Necessary For The Correct Functioning Of The Cpd, Such As Electricity, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, Security Systems, Fire Protection Systems And Energy Backup Systems, Among Others, Without These Entailing An Additional Cost Not Foreseen In The Contract. The Cpd Must Guarantee The High Availability And Continuity Of The Service, Even In The Event Of Contingency, Emergency Or Catastrophe Situations, Through Resilient Infrastructures Adequately Protected Against Physical And Environmental Risks. For These Purposes, The Location Of The Cpd Must Meet Conditions That Minimize Exposure To Risks, Including Its Location In Non-Flood Areas, As Well As
