Architectural Services For Outdoor Areas - Municipality Of Südheide: Awarding Of Planning Services For The Outdoor Areas For The Energy-Efficient Renovation And Expansion Of The Dgh And Weesen Fire Station. The Solid Building, Which Was Built In 1978, Is Being Comprehensively Renovated To Improve Energy Efficiency And Is Being Expanded To Include A 1.5-Story Wooden Extension On The West Side. In The Area Of ​​Outdoor Areas, The Measure Includes The Renovation And Reconstruction Of All Outdoor Areas Including Parking Spaces And Access Roads. The Existing Paved Areas In The Outdoor Area Will Be Removed And Replaced With Permeable Eco-Paving; The Seals Should Be Reduced To A Necessary Minimum. A Three-Chamber Septic Tank On The West Side Will Be Dismantled. Flower Meadows And Seepage Troughs Should Be Created In The Spaces Between The Building And The Property Boundaries. The Outdoor Area Will Be Planted With Native And Climate-Resistant Trees, And Benches Will Be Set Up In Suitable Places To Increase The Quality Of Stay. The Open Spaces To Be Worked On Extend Over Parcels 54/2 (Approx. 1,400 M² Open Space) And 54/1 (Approx. 500 M² Open Space). On Parcel 54/1 There Is A Historic Tree Population (Oak Grove) That Needs To Be Preserved. The Required Parking Spaces Are Divided Into 15 Alarm Parking Spaces For The Volunteer Fire Department And 12 Visitor Parking Spaces Plus One Disabled Parking Space For The Village Community Center. Only 4 Plus 1 Parking Spaces Can Be Arranged On The Properties; The Remaining 8 Parking Spaces Will Be Accommodated Elsewhere. The Access Takes Place From Weesener Straße (K18) Towards The South; It Can Be Assumed That A Second Access Route Will Be Required. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are All Basic Services Of The Outdoor Facilities Service Profile In Accordance With Sections 37 To 39 Hoai In Service Phases 1 To 9. Optionally, Special Services In Accordance With Sections 37 To 39 Hoai Can Be Commissioned. The Service Phases 1 To 6 Of The Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors (§§ 33 Ff. Hoai) As Well As The Structural Planning (§§ 49 Ff. Hoai), The Building Physics (§ 3 Para. 1 Hoai In Conjunction With Annex 1, Points 1.2.1 And 1.2.2), The Soil Report And Fire Protection Have Already Been Commissioned Elsewhere. Likewise, The Property Planning Of Buildings And Interiors, Service Phases 7 To 9, The Technical Equipment And Other Services From Special Specialists (Measuring, Pollutant Mapping, Sigeko) Are Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure And Will Be Awarded By The Client In Parallel. The Building Application Has Already Been Submitted And Is Currently Being Examined. The Construction Work Must Be Completed Ready For Acceptance By February 29, 2028 At The Latest. The Contractor Must Begin His Services Immediately After The Contract Has Been Awarded.
