Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Municipality Of Südheide: Awarding Of Planning Services For Building And Interior Planning For The Energy-Efficient Renovation And Expansion Of The Dgh And Weesen Fire Station. The Solid Building, Which Was Built In 1978, Is To Be Comprehensively Renovated In Terms Of Energy Efficiency And Expanded To Include A 1.5-Story Wooden Extension On The West Side. The Measure Essentially Includes Replacing The Roof Structure, Raising The Ground Floor Walls And Rebuilding The Ground Floor Ceiling, Insulating All External Wall, Ceiling And Roof Surfaces As Well As Cladding The Facades With External Insulation And Ventilated Wooden Formwork. All Windows, Exterior Doors And Gates Will Be Replaced. The Existing Gas Heating Will Be Replaced By A Heat Pump And A Photovoltaic System Will Be Installed; The Aim Is For A Kfw 40 Standard. On The Ground Floor, The Building Will Be Expanded To Include Changing Rooms And Sanitary Rooms, An Elevator And A Stairwell For The Volunteer Fire Department, While On The Top Floor The Multi-Purpose Room For Village Community Activities Will Be Expanded. The Vehicle Hall Will Be Reduced From Three To Two Parking Spaces In Order To Comply With The Requirements Of Din 14092. The Usable Area Of ​​The Existing Building Is Approx. 297 M², That Of The Extension Is Approx. 211 M², Making A Total Of Approx. 508 M². The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are The Basic Services Of The Property Planning Of Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With Sections 34 And 35 Of The Hoai In Service Phases 7 To 9. The Service Phases 1 To 6 Of The Property Planning Of Buildings And Interiors (§§ 33 Ff. Hoai) As Well As The Structural Planning (§§ 49 Ff. Hoai), The Building Physics (§ 3 Para. 1 Hoai). In Conjunction With Appendix 1, Sections 1.2.1 And 1.2.2), The Soil Report And Fire Protection Have Already Been Commissioned Elsewhere. Likewise, The Planning Services For The Technical Equipment, The Outdoor Facilities And Other Services Provided By Special Specialists (Measuring, Pollutant Mapping, Sigeko) Are Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure And Are Awarded In Parallel By The Client. The Building Application Has Already Been Submitted And Is Currently Being Examined. The Construction Work Must Be Completed Ready For Acceptance By February 29, 2028 At The Latest. The Contractor Must Begin His Services Immediately After The Contract Has Been Awarded.
