Project Description: The Federal Agency For Real Estate Tasks (Bima) - Magdeburg Directorate - As The Client Intends To Create New Living Space At Various Locations Through New Buildings, Especially For Federal Employees. Specifically, This Concerns The Above-Mentioned Properties In The City Of Munster (State Of Lower Saxony). The Bima Is Planning To Build Three New Apartment Buildings With A Total Of 75 One- And Two-Room Apartments, Including Open Spaces And A Connecting Underground Car Park For 44 Parking Spaces. Subject Of The Service: This Tender Includes All Planning, Consulting And Construction Services That Are Required For The Turnkey, Functional And Move-In-Ready Construction Of The Buildings With Underground Parking And The Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With The Functional Specifications (Flb). It Should Be Noted That Service Phases 1-4 Have Already Been Carried Out By The General Planner Involved By The Client. A Public Building Permit Is Available.
