Subject Of The Services - Collection, Packaging And Safe Transport Of Files In The Bonn Area - Document Preparation Including De-Stapling, Sorting And Processing Of A Wide Variety Of Document Types - Digitization Of Standard Files, Complex Files And Large Formats Up To At Least Din A0 - Color Scanning With Ocr Full-Text Recognition And Provision Of Searchable Pdf/A Files - Secure Archiving Of The Original Files And Optional Data Protection-Compliant Destruction - Scan-On-Demand Services With Short-Term Provision Of Individual Files - Documentation, Quality Control And Audit-Proof Traceability Of All Process Steps Scope And Structure Of The Files The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Cover Around 40,000 Files Across The Group With An Estimated Total Volume Of Around 16 Million Pages.
