Health And Safety Services – Südheide Municipality: Awarding Of Safety And Health Protection Coordination Services For The Energy-Related Renovation And Expansion Of The Dgh And Weesen Fire Station. The Solid Building, Which Was Built In 1978, Is Being Comprehensively Renovated To Improve Energy Efficiency And Is Being Expanded To Include A 1.5-Story Wooden Extension On The West Side. The Measure Essentially Includes Replacing The Roof Structure, Insulating All External Components, Replacing All Windows, Doors And Gates, Converting The Heating To A Heat Pump, Installing A Photovoltaic System And Expanding To Include Sanitary And Changing Rooms, An Elevator And A Staircase. The Multi-Purpose Room In The Attic Will Be Enlarged. An Existing Three-Chamber Septic Tank Will Be Dismantled And The Outdoor Facilities Including Parking Spaces And Driveways Will Be Redesigned. The Total Usable Area Is Approx. 508 M² (Existing Approx. 297 M², Extension Approx. 211 M²). The Aim Is For A Kfw 40 Standard. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Safety And Health Protection Coordination Both During The Planning Of The Execution And During The Execution Of The Construction Project. The Service Is Provided In The Following Service Levels: - 1St Service Level: Tasks Of The Coordinator During The Planning Of The Execution. This Service Level Includes The Project-Specific Services Required During The Planning Of The Execution Of The Construction Project In Accordance With Section 3 Paragraph 2 Baustellv.
