Repair And Maintenance Services Of Medical Equipment – Inspection + Repair Of Patient Aids, School Boards, Sterile Goods Trolleys, Bedside Tables, Small Parts And Special Production. 2.1 Patient Aids: The Contractor Is Responsible For The Annual Inspection Of The Patient Aids In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Medical Devices Act And The Relevant Technical And Safety-Related Regulations. The Contractor Is Obliged To Coordinate The Scheduling Independently With The Responsible Contact Person At The Respective Station. The Contractor Must Ensure That Appointments Can Also Be Held On Weekends And Public Holidays If Necessary. As Part Of This Activity, The Contractor Carries Out The Necessary Tests Professionally And Creates The Corresponding Test Protocols. These Test Protocols Must Be Countersigned By The Respective Contact Person At The Station In Question. The Test Reports Must Contain The Following Points: Building, Department, Cost Center, Test Object, Manufacturer, Tüv Number, Equipment Number, Inventory Number, Serial Number, Model Number, Year Of Construction, Test Criteria, Payload, Awarding Of The Test Sticker, Comments As Well As The Name Of The Tester, The Test Date And The Signature Of The Contact Person At The Respective Station. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Archive All Test Protocols And Present Them To The Client Upon Request. The Test Stickers Are Provided By The Client And Attached To The Respective Patient Aids By The Contractor After The Test Has Been Carried Out Properly. Any Deficiencies Or Defects Identified Must Be Reported Immediately By The Contractor To The Responsible Employees At The Respective Station. Defective Patient Aids Must Be Clearly Marked Immediately To Prevent Further Use. In Addition, The Contractor Informs The User And The Specialist Department Of Possible Dangers Or Safety-Related Risks. The Tests And Any Necessary Repairs Are Carried Out During Ongoing Station Operations. The Client Does Not Provide Separate Rooms For Maintenance Or Repair Work. The Contractor Must Organize His Work In Such A Way That The Ongoing Operation Of The Stations Is Not Affected If Possible. Any Waiting Times That Arise From The Operational Processes Of The Stations Must Be Taken Into Account By The Contractor When Providing The Service And Are Considered To Be Compensated For With The Agreed Remuneration. Separate Billing Of Waiting Times Is Excluded. If Defects Are Discovered During The Inspection, Repairs Will Be Carried Out After Prior Consultation With The Responsible Department Head Or His Representative. The Repair Must Be Carried Out No Later Than 48 Hours After Reporting The Defect, Provided This Is Technically Possible And Economically Justifiable. The Contractor May Carry Out Minor Repairs Up To An Individual Value Of Eur 250 Independently And Without Prior Consent, Provided That This Restores The Functionality And Safety Of The Patient Aid.
