The Object Of The Acquisition Is A System To Be Delivered As A Saas Service (Software As A Service) Intended For Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Reporting And Analysis Of The Economy. The Goal Of The Acquisition Is An Overall Solution That Supports The Planning, Monitoring And Reporting Of Elenias Finances From The Operational Level Up To The Group Level. The System Must Support The Budget And Forecasting Processes Of Business Operations, As Well As The Comparison Of Budget And Implementation. The Solution Must Enable The Utilization Of Financial Information For Reporting And Analysis In Such A Way That The Information Is Up-To-Date, Transparent And Easily Usable For Different User Groups. The System Must Be Suitable For Implementing Elenias Statutory Financial Reporting Obligations, Including Separate Financial Statements In Accordance With The Finnish Accounting Act And Consolidated Financial Statements In Accordance With International Financial Reporting Standards (Ifrs). In Addition, The System Must Enable The Preparation Of Ifrs-Compliant Consolidated Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet And Financial Statement) Also From Budget And Forecast Data. The Systems Support For Ifrs 16 Calculation And Reporting Can Be Taken Into Account In The Later Stages Of The Procurement. The Goal Of The Acquired System Is To Guide And Encourage Users To Do Financial Planning And Monitoring Primarily In The System, Instead Of Using Separate Tools Such As Excel. The Goal Is To Reduce Manual Work, Improve The Quality Of Financial Information And Free Up Experts Time For Actual Analysis And Business Support. The System Must Support Budgeting And Forecast Reporting As Well As Monitoring At Different Levels, From The Project Level To The Group Level. In Addition, The System Must Offer Elenias Main Users Sufficient Opportunities For Configuring And Maintaining The System, Such As Creating And Editing Reports And Input Templates, Without Continuous Supplier-Specific Development Work.
