Statutory Audit Services – Auditor Mandate. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Appointment Of The Titular Auditor And The Alternate Auditor For Crpnpac And Two Of Its Subsidiaries (Sa Loc Inter Immobilier And Sci Eole), For The Following Accounting Years: • Crpnpac And Sci Eole: Six (6) Financial Years, From 2026 To 2031 Inclusive, In Accordance With Article L. 821-44 Of The Commercial Code; • Sa Loc Inter Immobilier: Three (3) Financial Years, From 2026 To 2028 Inclusive, The Entity Not Reaching The Mandatory Designation Thresholds Provided For In Article L. 821-37 Of The Commercial Code. The Services Cover Two Distinct Sets: • Missions Relating To Legal Control And Certification Of Accounts (Article 5.2 Of The Cctp), Paid On A Fixed Rate Basis; • Specific One-Off Missions (Article 5.3 Of The Cctp), Paid On The Basis Of A Unit Price Schedule. The Detailed Description Of The Expected Services And Their Technical Specifications Are Specified In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
