The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Manage The Renovation Work On The Forecourt Of The Levallois Town Hall. The Renovation Work On The Square Will Also Extend To Place And Avenue De La République, Avenue Du Général De Gaulle, And The Crossroads Between Avenue Du Général De Gaulle And Avenue Du Président Wilson. The Mission Includes The Following Elements: Diag, Avp, Pro, Act, Visa, Det, Aor, Opc. The Mission Will Begin To Run From The Notification Of This Contract Until The End Of The Year Of Perfect Completion. It Will Include A Study And Consultation Phase With The Companies Responsible For The Work, Lasting An Estimated 7 To 8 Months. The Duration Of The Work Is Estimated Between 18 And 20 Months (Site Installation And Preparation Period Included). As An Indication, Delivery Of The Work Is Scheduled For May 2029. The Work Envelope For This Operation Is Estimated At 8,500,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax.
