The District Of Spree-Neiße/ Wokrejs Sprjewja-Nysa (Hereinafter Referred To As The District Of Spree-Neiße) Is Responsible As The Responsible Body For Municipal (Other) Local Public Transport (Köpnv) In Accordance With Section 8 (3) Pbefg For Ensuring That The Population Is Adequately Served With Transport Services In Local Public Transport. To This End, It Has Set Out Its Requirements For The Scope And Quality Of The Public Transport Service (Including Its Environmental Quality) And For The Integration Of Transport Services In The Version Of The Local Transport Plan That Is Valid For The Award Of Services. Part Of The Specifications Is The Binding To The Common Tariff Of The Transport Companies Working Together In The Berlin-Brandenburg Transport Association (Vbb Tariff) And, In The Situation At The Time Of The Tender, The Use Of The Deutschlandticket. As The Responsible Contracting Authority, The District Is Also Obliged To Monitor Compliance With The Brandenburg Act On Minimum Requirements For The Award Of Public Contracts (Brandenburg Procurement Act - Bbgvergg) And Also Transfers This Requirement To A Nan Award. In Order To Implement The Requirements Of The Municipal Local Transport Plan, The District Has Awarded Public Service Contracts (Öda) And Has Re-Awarded The Öda For The Spree-Neisse/Ost (Spn-Ost) Line Bundle, Which Begins On January 1St, 2025, With A Term Of 10 Years. The Contractor Is Verkehrsmanagement Spree-Neiße Gmbh (Vm-Spn), Which Uses Spree-Neisse-Cottbusverkehr Gmbh (Spn-Cv) As Operations Manager And Business Manager For The Implementation. The Öda Awarded For The Spn-Ost Line Bundle Since January 1, 2025 Contains A Service Description In Annex 1, Which Deepens, Specifies And Explains The Quantitative And Qualitative Specifications And Requirements Of The Local Transport Plan. This Service Description, Including The List Of Services, Specifies The General Requirements For The Subcontractor Services To Be Awarded In The Driving Service. According To The Öda, Between 10% And 40% Of The Total Commercial Mileage In The Spn-Ost Line Bundle Should Be Awarded To Subcontractors. In The Interest Of Economical Operational Implementation And A Limitation Of Ones Own Capacity Requirements, 155,724.106 Useful/Load Km Per Standard Year, In This Lot No. 12, Are Being Put Up For Tender With This Tender.
