Engineering Services – Expansion Of Ogs Elementary School At Bühlbusch In Verl; Architectural Achievement. The City Of Verl Intends To Expand The Am Bühlbusch Primary School And To Implement The Already Developed Spatial And Functional Program In The Existing Building In Verl. The Planning Services For Service Phases 1 To 4 Have Already Been Provided. The Project Is Currently In Transition To Service Phase 5. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Continuation Of The Planning And The Implementation Of The Project In Service Phases 5 To 9 Hoai. The Measure Is To Be Implemented In Two Construction Phases. The First Construction Phase Is Scheduled To Begin In Spring 2027. In The First Construction Phase, The Extension Will Be Constructed Using Timber Construction, Including The Connection To The Existing Building. In The Second Construction Phase, An Interim Solution Will Be Set Up - A Container System In The Schoolyard Including Toilet Facilities And Support Rooms. During This Phase, The New Building Must Already Be Used For Ongoing School Operations. After The School Moves Into The Alternative Rooms, The Renovation Of The Existing Building Will Begin.
