The scope mainly covers waterproofing works, internal and external painting, replacement of flooring and skirting, ceiling and lighting upgrades, renovation of the toilets with all required civil and MEP works, and installation of new water supply systems including water tank and pump. The project also includes replacing damaged elements and improving the overall condition and functionality of the building.
