Tenders are invited for Construction Management and Supervision Services for a New G+2 Structural Block. In alignment with our vision to expand infrastructure for future leaders, Wellspring Academy invites eligible and qualified engineering and consultancy firms registered in their respective regulatory institutions in Rwanda to submit proposals for Construction Management and supervision Services for a new G+2 structural block. The Wellspring Academy, Nyarutarama, Christian Life Assembly (CLA) Plot 0220/GAS/REM, Remera, Gasabo, Kigali, Rwanda. The project scope encompasses a single basement and three-story building comprising 16 classrooms, 24 toilets, and a large-span multipurpose hall. To maintain an environment conducive to our students learning, active on-site construction is bound to a strict initial summer window from June 18, 2026, through August 31, 2026. During this 10-week holiday period, all heavy structural works and weather-proofing must be completed before a planned operational pause. The project will resume and finalize during the subsequent summer holiday cycle. Fully completed Offer Files must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026 at 5:00PM. Late submissions or files missing any mandatory documentation will be automatically disqualified.
