Expression of Interest for Environmental and Social Consultant Procurement IFC intends to appoint an Environmental and Social (E&S) consulting firm (Consultant) to support the structuring of a PPP transaction for a port project in Mozambique. The Consultant will form part of IFCs transaction team and will work under IFCs coordination and supervision, in collaboration with other consultants hired by IFC for the project. The Consultant will assist IFC and the Client in identifying, assessing, and mitigating material E&S risks, ensuring compliance with Mozambican law and international best practice. The Consultant will also be expected to support the tendering process for selection of a qualified concessionaire.
