Expression of Interest for Technical Consultant Procurement IFC intends to hire a consulting firm (Consultant) to provide technical support for a port concession project in Mozambique. The Consultant is required to have knowledge and experience in the appraisal of port investments, including operations and maintenance, and experience in similar environment with preference in the region.
