Expression of Interest for Legal Procurement Consultant Procurement IFC intends to appoint a law firm (Consultant) to provide comprehensive legal advisory services for a port concession project in Mozambique. The Consultant will form part of IFCs transaction team and will work under IFCs coordination and supervision, in collaboration with other consultants hired by IFC for the project. The Consultant will assist IFC and the Client in identifying and mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance with Mozambican law and international best practice, and supporting the successful selection of a qualified concessionaire.
