Tenders are invited for Unlocking Fputs at Scale through Interface Standardisation ( Artes Fp 1a.137) - Expro+ This activity will evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of developing a standardised and interoperable set of Flat Panel User Terminal (UT) building blocks and internal interfaces, able to be reused in end user equipment designed for deployment across a broad range of market sectors and network types.The objective is to support the creation of a scalable, industrialised and costcompetitive ecosystem for flat panel user terminals in the ESA Member States by enabling economies of scale through open architectures and harmonised specifications.The activity will also identify standardised FPA terminal profiles (classes), defining their RFperformance characteristics and associated validation and certification methodologies, to facilitate objective performance assessment and enable fair and interoperable competition among vendors.
