The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract, Technically Functional And Ready For Work, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party: Plant/Instalacja Dylów 98-330 Dylów A, Pajęczno Commune On Working Days From Monday To Friday From From 7:00 To 14:00. The Delivery Cost Is Included In The Remuneration Indicated In § 6 Of The Contract. 3. The Contractor Undertakes To Demonstrate The Technical Efficiency Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Presence Of The Ordering Party, After Delivering The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Accepted In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative On The Date Set By The Ordering Party. 5. Conducting Training In The Operation And Safe Operation Of Wheel Loaders At The Place And On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Subject Of The Contract, Together With The Installed Additional Equipment And Accessories, Is Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty And Guarantee For A Period Of 24 Months Or 4,000 Mth/H (Whichever Comes First). 7. Upon Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Provide A Handover Protocol; B) Providing An Operating Manual In Polish For The Wheel Loader And Additional Equipment (In Paper And Electronic Versions); C) Providing A Spare Parts Catalog (In Paper And Electronic Versions); D) Wheel Loader Inspection And Maintenance Book. Specified Scope And Frequency Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service Inspections And Maintenance Inspections; E) Ce Declaration Of Conformity. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In Annex 1 To The Swz And The Contract
