The Subject Of The Service Is A Framework Agreement With The Maximum Purchase Quantity Of 1,300 Protective Vests (Of Which 939 Protective Vests Are Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Quantity (= Expected Purchase Quantity)). The Measurement Of The Existing Personnel (Currently 939 Control Employees) Will Take Place After The Contract Has Been Awarded. The Initial Order Volume Is 626 Protective Vests Expected In 2027, Including Accessories. The Remaining Third Of The Minimum Purchase Quantity Of Protective Vests Will Probably Be Purchased In 2028. The Framework Agreement Contains An Order Reservation (Calls Are Made On The Basis Of Individual Orders). There Is No Obligation For The Client To Place Individual Orders That Go Beyond The Minimum Order Of 939 Protective Vests Required When The Contract Was Awarded. The Contract Term Is (Four) 4 Years From The Award Of The Contract.
