Operational Tasks: Continuous Provision Of Operational Services - Introduction To Operational Services - Availability And Capacity Management: Expected Level Of Component Availability, In Percentage (On A Monthly Basis): 99.5% (7 Days A Week/ 24 Hours A Day). The Expected Degree Of Availability Of The Test System During Working Hours, Per Month, Is 90%. - The Tmk (Planned Preventive Maintenance): Maximum Time During Working Hours: 4 Hours, Outside Working Hours (On Working Days): 12 Hours, Outside Working Hours (On Public Holidays): 24 Hours. Notification Of Tmk (Planned Preventive Maintenance) Before Maintenance (In Calendar Days): 15 Days. - Application Configuration Management - Change Management - Release Management - Cooperation With Operators Of Other Court Systems - Operation Of A Test Environment - Monitoring Of Services, - Making Measurements, Reports, Statistical Data Services - Daily Tasks Related To Running, Execution Of Backups, Archiving Of Data Files, Database Management, User Management, Authorization Management And Registration - Incident And Problem Management - Creation Of A Documentation Database And Its Continuous Maintenance - Parameters Of On-Site Availability (Time Slot, Specialist Number): Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00, 1 Person - Continuous Telephone On-Call Outside The On-Site Availability Time Slot (Including Public Holidays And Holidays): 1 Person The Programming Language Is Java 8. Development Tasks: The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Develop The Legal It Specialist Applications Detailed Above 4,000 Developers To Provide A Frame Rate.
