The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision And Operation Of Eav Software In The Form Of A Software As A Service Solution (Overall Cloud Solution). As A Managed Service Provider (Msp), The Contractor Takes Over The Provision And Operation Of The Overall Cloud Solution For The Client. The Service Includes The Required Managed Cloud Services (Mcs), Which Enable The Secure And Proper Operation Of The Solution. In Addition, The Receiver Takes Over The Project Management For Introducing The System Offered To The Client, Including The Initial Configuration. The Client Has The Right To Extend The Contract Several Times.
