The Materials To Be Examined Can Contain Both Very Much And Very Little Of The Infectious Agents. The Best Way To Detect These Is Through A Real-Time Pcr Analysis. Good Sensitivity And User Friendliness Are Therefore Required. At Times The Customer Is Very Dependent On Carrying Out These Analyses, Not Least In A Stand-By Situation, So The Instruments Must Be Robust And Handle Both Small And Large Sample Volumes. The Contracting Authority Has An Option For The Procurement Of A Further 1-2 Instruments With The Same Specifications And On The Same Terms. The Option Must Be Taken Up Within Four (4) Years From When The Contract Is Signed.
